Field Chef Knife- 1/8" AEB-L Stainless at 10.25 inches tip to tail with a full height flat grind. Etched and tumbled finish.

Both feature forest green micarta from Unique Micarta with orange G-10 liners  and carbon fiber  pins. 

This is a vintage and previously well loved Village Blacksmith #9 Cleaver.  SWAG on it is 1920's-40. This is a beautiful piece of steel with lots of character and history that will be around for many more years of use.

This would be a great set for the Pit Master in your life. A nice mix of new and old with that will not lose it's touch.
